NOTICE TO ALL VALUE ADDED SERVICE PROVIDERS APPLICANTS

Please be notified that in a meeting of the Value Added Service Providers (VASPs) Accreditation Committee on 16 December 2020, and, per its Resolution of even date, the following were unanimously passed and approved:

  1. “Submission of VASP Applications shall commence from 18 December 2020 until 3 o’clock in the afternoon of 05 January 2021. VASPs applications submitted beyond the prescribed deadline shall no longer be accepted;
  2. All VASP Applicants shall submit the documentary requirements under Section 6 of Memorandum Circular (MC) 2020-020 (Guidelines on the Accreditation and Supervision of Value Added Service Providers for the Private Motor Vehicle Inspection System (PMVIS) Automated Inspection and Registration System) dated 26 November 2020 in six (6) sets addressed to the Chairperson of the VASPs Accreditation Committee to be submitted at Bldg. 2532, Management Division, DOTr - Central Office, Clark, Pampanga with proof of payment of a non-refundable Application Fee in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱ 50,000);
  3. Payment of the applicable fee shall be made through bank deposit at any LBP branch for the account of DOTC Trust Current Account No. 3132-1001-00. Provided, however, that the Applicant shall fill-up the Order Form through https://forms.gle/YjDkhX5BZ29eHZQD7 prior to making deposit and shall immediately send a copy of the bank-validated deposit slip and a document showing nature/detail of the deposit payment to the Accounting Division at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Authenticated copies of the aforesaid documents shall be submitted to the Accounting Division through mail or other similar means. Please be advised that for bank–deposit transaction, Accounting Division shall only furnish the applicant with a copy of an Acknowledgement Receipt with Control Number recognizing the deposit made for the payment instead of an Official Receipt (OR) within five (5) working days from receipt of the required documents;
  4. The Applicants shall submit an Omnibus Sworn Statement in accordance with the prescribed form herein attached as Annex “A” in compliance with Section 4 of MC 2020-020; and
  5. That, during the process of VASPs Accreditation, existing interim PMVIC-IT Providers shall continue to operate and/or provide services until accreditation of the VASPs.”
